What are DTF Metre Gang Sheets?
DTF Metre Gang Sheets are large DTF transfer sheets measuring 1000 x 560mm. They allow multiple designs and sizes to be printed at once, maximising space and printing efficiency. These sheets are ideal for high-quantity orders to ensure the best value.
Are there limitations on design size or complexity?
DTF can reproduce intricate details and gradients. Printable area depends on sheet size — our gang sheets give you a full 1000 x 560mm to fill with as many designs as you like.
What materials can your transfers be applied to?
Check your chosen garment and follow the application instructions supplied with the transfer. Use a sample to test the fabric before ordering for a larger run.
What are the application instructions?
Press at 150–160°C for 10–15 seconds with medium to firm pressure, hot peel, then re-press for 5 seconds with a Teflon sheet for best durability.
Can I try a transfer before a larger order?
You can order a DTF sample pack through the website to check the print and application on your chosen garment before preparing a larger order.
Do you offer next-day shipping?
Yes. Order before 11:00am (Mon–Fri) for same-day dispatch on up to 50 metres. Express next-day delivery is available at checkout.
Do you ship outside of the United Kingdom?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location; please review our shipping policy for details.
I have lots of files — do I need to upload them one by one?
No. You can drop a single ZIP file with all your artwork, or simply paste a WeTransfer link at checkout. Whatever is easiest for you.
What DTF Transfer size should I choose?
Our metre gang sheet (1000 x 560mm) accommodates as many designs as you can fit. Use our online sheet builder, or prepare your artboard in Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva and upload it.
What file formats do you accept?
PNG (transparent background, 300dpi) is ideal. We also accept PDF, AI, EPS, SVG and ZIP archives, or a WeTransfer link for large batches.
Can you help with my artwork?
Yes — our team can help with background removal, colour changes and gang sheet setup. Just add a note in Special Instructions or contact us.
