Custom DTF gang sheets by the metre

Order hot-peel DTF transfers using your own artwork. Each metre sheet measures 1000 × 560mm and can contain multiple designs or copies of a design.

Prepare your sheet

  • Upload your artwork: Supply a print-ready gang sheet or artwork files using the upload options on this page.
  • Build online: Use our free gang sheet builder to arrange individual designs on a sheet.
  • Choose your quantity: Check the displayed per-metre price for your order size.
  • Apply your transfers: Follow the supplied application instructions and test a sample on your chosen garment.

  • Embed Linked Images
  • Check font and line weight
  • Minimum 300dpi – 600dpi resolution
  • Convert/expand text fonts and strokes to lines
  • Set up in CMYK colour profile (RGB files automatically converted)
  • Halftone any Transparent or Glow effects within artwork
  • Export file format into the following – AI, PDF, EPS, SVG, PNG

Pressing guide

  1. 1Pre-pressPre-press the garment for 2–3 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
  2. 2PositionPlace the transfer printed side down on the fabric.
  3. 3Press150–160°C for 10–15 seconds with medium to firm pressure.
  4. 4PeelHot peel the film, then re-press 5 seconds with a Teflon sheet for extra durability.
