Custom products

Because every transfer is printed to order from your artwork, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please check your artwork carefully before ordering.

Faulty orders

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos. We will reprint or refund the affected items.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they enter production. Contact us as soon as possible.
